Here is a brief on our project management process.
First Step – Inquiry and Response:
We respond speedily to project inquiries. As soon as we receive an inquiry, a project manager is allotted the responsibility for the same. He gets back to you, understands your requirements and starts preparation for a sample output (for new clients) or sends you a quote.
Second Step – Workflow and Schedule:
A project plan is framed, workflow determined and a time schedule estimated. We adhere to a reporting system convenient to you.
Third Step - Review:
A review session is held with the team so that all members are acquainted with your needs and specifications, and workflow and schedule.
Fourth Step - Quality Control:
Every file is double checked to ensure maximum accuracy. The double verification is followed by a quality audit. Once the files are approved by the quality audit team, it is sent to the project manager for review. If at any stage, an error is found, the files are sent back to the team and the entire process is repeated.
Fifth Step – Dispatch:
The dispatch is arranged as per your convenience through email, FTP or mail.
